Is there a deductible on my mobile home policy?

Yes. Your deductible will be applied per occurrence (loss). This amount is determined by your policy.

 

If I have a claim, who do I contact?

Call the professional claims manager at Complete Insurance, L.L.C. (601.939.3353) to report a claim. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm. If you have an emergency, call this number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Do I have payment options?

Yes. You can pay annually, quarterly or set up monthly automatic withdrawals.

 

What happens if my manufactured home is damaged during transit?

Your homeowner’s policy does not cover damage that occurs during transit. Additional coverage can be obtained through Complete Insurance, L.L.C. to cover your home while in transit.

 

What is a moratorium?

A moratorium is a period of time set by the insurer during which a new policy or increase in coverage cannot be issued.

 

Do you offer other types of insurance in addition to manufactured home insurance?

Yes.  Complete Insurance, L.L.C. can assist you with a wide variety of personal lines of insurance, including insurance for your automobile, boat, or recreational vehicle.
